I thought my days of buying a reliable affordable car were over . I didn’t have great credit and I had very little money down. The customer service manager Patrick ensured me that basil was the best in the business and here sales reps went above and beyond to EARN there custmers business . Basil Resale Sheridan is the only place I’ll ever go.

I had never bought a car through a dealership before and Basil made it easy. I got what I was looking for and what I wanted for my car for tradein. I got a killer price on a 2017 model and Todd was excellent in the process. We weren’t sure I’d be able to take my car home when I went to pick it up but Todd made it happen for me. I will absolutely be going back to Basil in the future! Thank you for giving me such a wonderful first time experience and making everything go off without a hitch!

The whole process was great and I couldn't have asked for better customer service however I failed to ask for accident history because of my excitement actually getting it (probably would have affected my willingness to purchase at the final agreed sales price). I recommend that they openly at least provide accident history or let customer know it was in an accident prior. Other than that Your not going to find a better used sales dealer 200 miles in the area in my opinion. Ask for Peter he'll buy you dinner if your purchase process takes too long lol.

What this dealership put me threw is disgusting. If they offer you to "offset" the monthly payment of your car for 12 months and they send a check for the difference between the payment you can't afford and the one you barely can, do NOT take it. The finance company that worked with me said it was not legal. They ended up giving me a full refund of my deposit back after having it 10 says.

Bought a car from basil resale today. It was a great experience. John was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He was professional and easy to work with. Will never buy a car any where else.

I am very unhappy. They don't call back, won't work with me on anything. And rushed me through my first buy. I got nothing extra for paying cash. And I have to buy new tires right off the bat because they are old tires and worn.

Do not go to basil resale I recently bought a truck there and They used every old school sales man tactic from undervalueing my trade to trying to get me to sign the wrong paperwork. Also i got home and checked out my truck further to find the truck had been in a accident despite them telling me that the truck was clean. I found parts ziptied back together and others stuck together with dum dum. And i know what your thinking they must not have known accept when i looked the truck over the foglight was out so they said they would fix it they threw a new bulb in it but forgot to mention that it was destoryed. All and all i have assesed the damage and it is gonna cost me roughly 2000.00 in parts and labor to make the truck right very displeased and disapointed. I would not recomend this place.

My salesman did a great job I would recommend them to anybody. May experience was great at Basil Resale Sheridan Drive, and I would go back again

Treated very well and was very happy with my trade in value they kept there word every step of the way My salesman Todd did a great job to get me in and out fast. I will definitely buy from them again. Good job guys

It was a great buying experience. Todd was great and didn?t pressure us at all. Only negative was that the gas tank wasn?t filled up when I picked up the car.
