The absolute worst experience I've had at a Honda dealer or any garage in my life and i've been a loyal Honda customer for twenty years. We've bought four brand new Honda's. Our kids would have drove Honda's and our kids, kids would have drove Honda's. I had to bring my car back five times and spend double what they promised me would fix the car. I'm talking from saying $3,200 would fix the car to ending up paying over $6,000 out of my pocket. I had to pay for a tow because they didn't fix the car right. I had to pay for the battery that they killed when they were fixing the car. I had to pay for gas and mileage, back and forth five times and we live thirty five minutes away. The car that I had to switch out and use when my car kept returning to their facility is an hour away. They replaced a head gasket, then all of a sudden, my turbo light came on, which was never on before the head gasket was replaced. I asked them and they said that this light was not on before the head gasket replacement. So then I had to pay to fix my turbo. Then after they fixed the Turbo, they put it back together wrong, so I had to bring the car back again. As something was rubbing on one of the parts. A head gasket and Turbo replacement, run around $6000, which I never would have authorized if thats what it was going to cost to fix a 206,000 mile car

i had an emergency traveling with my new honda crv and was towed to this location. they promptly repaired my car and even washed it. i was very impressed with the outstanding service. i love my new honda and thankful the damaged tire was repaired. thank you to all that helped me out today.

Stopped by the dealership to see what used Honda Civics they had. Salesman told me they just took in trade a 2022 Civic. It hadn't even been cleaned up at all or run thru the service department. Took it for a test ride and liked it. I put $50 deposit on it and the next morning I told the salesman I was definitely taking it. He assured me he'd have it all cleaned up and thru the service department. The next day I stopped by to see it and it was still out back and hadn't been cleaned. I told the finance person I would probably go with new and no one offered to help me even though they were standing around doing nothing. I was told my salesman was off that day and would help me the next day. I decided I didn't like how the dealership was run and decided to go to another Honda dealership. I notified the salesman at Scoville-Meno I bought a new car elsewhere. I asked about getting my deposit back and I got the run around. It's been almost a month and still no deposit back. Definitely not going to deal with them ever again. I'd rather drive an hour and get much better treatment. Shame on Scoville-Meno.

We purchased a car and it has a back transmission. Was told it was too exspensive to fix the issue(mind we had car a week). We were told they would place us in a different vehicle. Now over 3 months in I’m paying on a car I’m scared to drive the problem is worse and is unsafe. When I asked what if we get hurt in the vehicle I was told “you can’t live wondering what if”. Over 3 months I’m still in and paying for a car that is junk. I call every week to ask if they found us a car and nothing.

I have been using Honda for years, and always receive excellent service. The problem with my Honda 2018 car--has a slight manufacturing defect in the outside metal part above the wheel--it slightly pops out, but Honda does not have a body shop, and I will have to pay for it to be repaired elsewhere. The backup camera is defective on a steep incline/decline, no body shop at Honda to make repairs from damaged back end. I have to have my passenger exterior mirror replaced--it costs one hundred dollars online, but Honda charges five hundred dollars for the part. Honda does not have quality big bumpers on the car, I will have to have them placed, and get it done elsewhere since Honda does not have a body shop. Honda does not seem to offer the better quality filters 4-1 for cabin or the K&N engine air filter, did that elsewhere. For checkup service, Honda is great, but the Oneonta, NY one does not have a body shop, and they have no car pickup and delivery service either--so if you live out of town, one needs to arrange one's life around the appointment. They do not have enough benches outside, typical for the area--they place the nice flowering containers near the one outside bench, so the bees fly around one, and no aerial line or enclosure outside if one brings one's comfort pets along. (There are areas to walk the pets along the sidewalks.) The waiting room is small, and probably uses recycled air. The TV screen could be larger--if watching sports there, etc. They have coffee and a few vending machines.
