Their service department never answers. The 2025 Ram trucks are lemons with insane electrical issues. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I cannot warn other customers enough. Stay away from Ram and this Utica Ram dealership. They suck.

Tyler was great to work with! He was definitely the easiest and most respectful car salesman I've dealt with. I would recommend giving him a call if you ever are looking to get into a new or used vehicle!!

I went into the service center the other day and Megan came out of her office after hearing me tell someone that my tires were low and I couldnt find an air pump that worked anywhere and said I didnt call for an appointment. She said I can pull it around and put air in your tires for you. I have never had anyone be so responsive and helpful as she was. Good customer service like that is very hard to find. She is an asset to the dealership for sure!!! Very satisfied customer!

My 2022 Maxima got totalled and I was heartbroken. Not only did CDJR Utica have the exact same make, model, and color but I even got it with less mile. I worked the deal with Tyler Coughlin and was thouroughly impressed by both his commitment and his responsiveness. I live 2.5 hours away so everything had to be done remotely. He helped me through every step of the process and had everything in place to get me in and out quickly when I came to pick up the car. He answered the phone anytime i called, kept in touch through text messages and emails and made this a great experience. His personality was upbeat, kind, and caring. He was a pleasure to work with and I would buy a car from him again in the future. His work ethic and friendly demeanor are traits to be looked up to. Thank you Tyler and CDJR Utica for making this a great experience.

Tyler Coughlin and CDJR Utica provided the best car dealership experience I've ever had. He made the process easy and pain free. He had the car washed and ready for a test drive when I showed up, and he had it detailed and ready to drive home when the paperwork was complete. The next time I buy a car, it will be with Tyler at CDJR Utika.

I went to CDJR of Utica where I met Jarred Kraszewski. We told him I was interested in a Jeep I saw online. Jarred took a copy of my license and had the vehicle ready to drive in seconds. He was polite and extremely friendly. CDJR took in my old car on a trade which shocked me. We ran numbers and well they got me near my payment. I would recommend CDJR of Utica and Jae to everyone. They make you feel like family. Like you actually mean something to them that I wasn’t just another deal.

Amazing experience buying a car here! The process was quick and easy and my sales rep Tyler was great! He helped me with all my questions and overall had a great interaction! I felt very welcomed and will definitely be returning to buy more cars with them in the future!

I had purchased my first car there and had the best experience. Quenten had assisted me every step of the way. He helped me find the perfect car within my price range, and around the year and milage that I was looking for. Would definitely be getting my next car there.
