This dealer is involved in potential illegal activity. I went to purchase a newish Toyota vehicle 2024 model. First of all, I had a scheduled appointment with Anthony. And as soon as I reached the dealer, I was never allowed to meet Anthony despite me asking multiple times. I took a 2024 Toyota vehicle for a test drive and when I went ahead to sign the documentation, they said they have a mandatory $3000 “other products fee” that I have to pay in addition to the listed price! What? Essentially, the $3000 add-on has to be paid if I wanted to purchase the car. The car was listed at $24,500, but the paperwork that I signed had the price increased by $3000 to $27,500. This is obviously illegal since if there is a mandatory “other products fee”, then the car should have been advertised for $27,500 and NOT $24,500. Subsequent calls from me to them have gone unanswered. I asked for a manager to give me a call to refund me the $3000 and adjust the contract accordingly, but never received any call back. So they are doing blatantly and obvious illegal things and are getting away with it. It is shocking they are given the license to do these straightforward illegal things. I just wonder for how long they will keep scamming people?! Stay away from them! Will have given them a -1000 star if that was an option!

Jerry was such a great guy, he was really kind, understanding and overall just a great dealer to have. He helped me a lot with not only getting the car but with helping me find a cheap insurance company. 10/10 experience

Deceptive practices, would only sell vehicle at there asking price if you paid for their extra coverages over $2000, if you declined because they were optional they said that they would not sell the vehicle

If you're a TMMK employee. Go elsewhere, guys! This location doesn't honor or value your contribution as a Toyota employee or your hard earned incentive/employee discount that you have. This location was rude & once they were informed that I am a TMMK member they completely ignored my texts/emails from there on about the vehicle I inquired about. Their reasoning was that they had already discounted the vehicle $1000. So my employee discount would not be allowed. Complete absurdity! Toyota dealerships treating Toyota employees with complete disrespect these days.

I came into Toyota on Western and I had the best representative Mr. Otto was patient with me and he worked with me until I drive off the lot in a brand new car. He sat with me and he crunched numbers and worked hard to make sure I had a reliable vehicle to get me and my kids around. I'm so appreciative for him and toyota will be who I deal with from now on. Thank you Mr. Otto.

I purchased a 2019 lincoln nautilus an from the very beginning from the top down gm to sales manager bad customer service I caught them trying to charge me a high city tax when I reside in the suburbs as well a inflated numbers something about cou fee I ask what that meant they said it’s for cleaning the car a scam 👎🏾Stay away from this dealer ship before leaving with the car i check the trunk no spare tire iask where’s the spare the Gmail got a attitude told me there not supposed to provide a spare tire for a used car be careful they run that place like a used tire shop the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car the quote on quote for the cleaning of the car was closest to $500 they was supposed to repair the front seats before me buying the car I didn’t notice until I got home with the car that the seats were mix match seats total scammers period 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
