Service writer tried to scam me . This Service center is a risky place to have your car repaired. I paid them to fix one tire pressure sensor and rotate tires but they broke all the pressure sensors while rotating the tires and refused to honor warranty and replace them. Manager Elizabeth Stubbles , was not interested in the fraud that was perpetuated toward myself and also allowed the Very minor service rep to get in my face without even raising an eyebrow. Customer service is something they can't even pronounce at this place. These people are dishonest to say the least and I will never, ever visit this xxxxhole again. BE Warned!

Alex and Rachel are the BEST, Jose Mendez and the rest of the staff are The Dream Team, everyone is professional and nice including Angel and Victor who is Gus Machado's VP, these two gentlemen came to me to confirm if everything was happening as I expected and also to provide additional information about the new FORD's EV technology and projects. Gus Machado staff has been in touch with me during the next days after the purchase to confirm if everything is OK, and to provide me with additional information. That dealer is a nightmare. From Sales to Service. The service department is a mess. Service advisors give you this stupid look when you walk in...not cool. You are considered to be the idiot who has no idea what is happening with your own car. Expect a warranty-denied call shortly with some outrageous price to fix your car/truck. Don't say I didn't warn you. They are all a well-established group that's out to hurt the client/customer's wallet. They make a lot of promises that they never come through with. At the end of the day they really couldn't give a crap

Excellent service department and experience overall. Realized when I was in the area that I needed an oil change badly and they got me in right away. Will consider them when making my next vehicle purchase.
