Have been going to Longo for over 20 years. Great helpful personnel. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a Toyota vehicle.

Brought it in for engine maintenance light confirmed issue communication was great repair was done in timely manner

Brought my car in before 9am. Had an appointment at 11. Was told to come in early to try to get the tires changed out in a few hours, didn't leave Longo Toyota until around 4:30. Nobody gave me updates until AFTER 2pm. And I kept getting false promised times on when my car would be ready. They said 12:30, then said 3:30 and I was not out of the dealership until 4:30. The fact that I had been there waiting all day when I could've taken the shuttle home was frustrating because I didn't want to go home and be told it was done just to call them back to pick me up. And every "update" I did get was basically within the hour of their promised time only to keep being pushed back.

My service representative Noli was extremely helpful and expedited my vehicle service. Delivered ahead of schedule and was in constant communication with me on the vehicle's status.
