The quality of the work done on my car -both the maintenance and the necessary replacements was very good. Ryan and Amanda my service advisors were very professional and responsive. However, the online scheduling app overbooked for the day of my service and as a result other customers and myself waited hours more than was necessary. Perhaps overbooking is cost effective but its poor customer service and does not generate customer satisfaction or loyalty. I will NOT use the app again.

Exceptional Service at AutoNation Toyota! I cannot recommend Dan Cahill and Mohamed Zubair at AutoNation Toyota highly enough. If you are looking for a seamless, honest, and truly professional car-buying experience, these are the experts you need to see. I recently purchased a 2022 Toyota Tundra, and from start to finish, Dan was a complete breath of fresh air. In an industry where it can be hard to find transparency, Dan’s honesty and extreme attention to detail stood out immediately. He wasn’t just trying to close a sale; he was dedicated to ensuring I walked away with a vehicle in peak condition. The level of care they took with this truck was phenomenal. Came in for an oil change. The wait was around 2 1/2 hrs but they have plenty of of plugs to plug your phone , Tablet , ets so time didn?t seem that long. Malik was the agent who assisted with my appointment and he was amazing. Hope to have home again for future appointments.

I had a slow leak in a back tire. Tire was assessed along with the other back tire and it was recommended both be replaced with a wheel alignment. All was done within one day and car runs great.

I would have liked to leave with hard tags. Otherwise my experience was smooth after I was able to identify what I actually wanted in a new vehicle. I really like my car.
