I never felt pressured and everything was explained clearly from start to finish. I was in and out faster than expected and got a fair deal. Definitely recommend beach cities Toyota.

I dropped off my Tacoma and got a oil change,tires
I dropped off my Tacoma and got a oil change,tires rotated,and lubricated and when I came to pick it up they notified me about the work that they recommended for me to have done which was about $2,000 dollars on the front suspension

It was good and didn't take too long.
It was good and didn't take too long. It was efficient and didn't take that long. I waited for roughly an hour for my car to be completed. I was also notified about a recall and was told they would call me when the part came for an appointment, which I appreciate.

Came in for routine maintenance and had fluids checked
Came in for routine maintenance and had fluids checked and tires rotated. Oil was fine so no change needed. Topped off fluids and checked brakes and undercarriage. All good. Great experience overall will be back in the future.
