Beware of this business. They sold me a lemon and refuse to help me. My car has water all over after three weeks a ton of electrical issues place is a joke. Just a place to make a quick buck and screw over working people

This place is a scam Factory charging diagnostic fees for problems they already know exist and wiggle out of warranty issues like worms stay away from this place it's bad

This dealership is very un professional , they leak customers personal information to other customers for discounts if they give them a supplier discount code , they over promised and under deliver , salesman was cool as xxxx, but the managers were not , they did not wanna cover or care if I couldn’t get my vehicle to pass inspection, even though I bought a new car , I was excited to get the car, but wasn’t excited when I saw the scratches still on there after delivery , kind of disappointed

Kacper “educated” me on the amazing deal of buying an electric vehicle, I was not expecting at all to leave the lot with a brand new car today. I came in to look at a Buick but left with something completely out of my comfort zone, but so happy. Kacper did an amazing job ensuring I left with a great deal, never tried to outsell me for my money and was a very honest man. You don’t come across many folks like that at dealers, and i’ve been in the market for the past year! Finally came across a car with a great deal to say “it’s a no brainer, it’s coming home with me”. Thanks so much for everything!

There is a diagnostic fee that is not applied to repairs. I left a message with my service advisor to not do the unnecessary throttle linkage and fuel injector treatments. The service was done anyway, before diagnosing or doing any other work, and before I knew the full cost of repairs on my 2014 Regal. The advisor said they'd apply it to my next service. As part of $7000+ worth of repairs, to correct misfiring, they replaced the spark plugs. As they should have known, new plugs can cause old coils to go bad, which they did, necessitating another visit. Not only did they not apply a credit for the unrequested services, they didn't give me any break on the bring-back repairs, despite having serviced my car there for the past ten years. By the way, the rude service manager claimed I had requested canceling only one of the services, implying I was lying. He dismissed my loyalty, saying the management has only been there five years.

Kacper Polus and Jason Faltings (Manager) are excellent!! Kacper was patient, spent the whole day with me and didn’t give up. The whole team helped me a lot, I recommend them 100%. I just came back from my country and they help me to get my new car. I was approved with little money down and have been welcomed to start with a new opportunity here in this country. Thank you to the team at Quality Chevrolet for my new 2016 Chevrolet Cruze!!
