We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned iX from out of state, and Sacha and the staff made a complicated process go smoothly. I would have no hesitation trusting BMW of Napa Valley again, and I highly recommend them to any friends or family interested in buying a BMW online.

I will never sell a car to this dealership again—and I certainly wouldn’t buy one either. I sold them a vehicle over a month ago and still have not been paid. A month. Completely unacceptable. I attempted to resolve this professionally by escalating the issue to Darren, the GM. I left multiple messages and received zero response. I then tried escalating further by contacting the owner and, unsurprisingly, have heard nothing back from him either. At this point, the lack of communication and accountability speaks volumes. If this is how they treat someone who already handed over a vehicle, imagine how they treat customers after they’ve taken your money. Save yourself the stress and do business literally anywhere else.

We had an absolutely excellent experience working with Gabriel at BMW Fairfield. From the very beginning, he was straightforward, transparent, and respectful of our time, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. One of the things that stood out the most was how mindful he was of our situation—we had our small child with us, and Gabriel went above and beyond to make sure the experience was easy, comfortable, and efficient. He explained everything clearly without any pressure, gave us an outstanding deal, and made the whole process feel seamless. Car buying can often feel overwhelming, but Gabriel made it genuinely enjoyable. His professionalism, honesty, and care for his customers truly set him apart. The experience was superb, the dealership environment is very esthetically inviting and clean, the staff is professional and friendly. They all greet you and make sure you are feeling in confort. I was impressed with Mike Quezado who attended to our needs and made the completion on paper work a good experience. Mike is very professional and goes out of his way to help with any inquiries. Other staff also make sure the experience is pleasant.

Mike is great at making your experience personal and tailored to you. He’s not going to push you this way, that way, or try to sell on you on anything. Straight to the point, lets you know what options are available, seeks to understand what it is you want and are looking for, if not than even better than what you are looking for. My experience with Mike was definitely valuable, all my wants and needs were met and delivered better than expected. As long as I continue buying BMW’s I will be going to Mike first. Thank you!

Easy. Focused. Light on the sales-iness. Good brand that’s hired good people. Felt comfortable the whole time, and walked out with the vehicle I wanted.

Big selection of cars. Very friendly and outgoing people. Both the sales manager and the sales person were very helpful. The downside is that it is a big dealership with lots of cars. The delivery and sales work was, er, effective on the third or fourth try.

Mike Marshall, my initial contact, was professional, knowledgeable and courteous as was Karla Mata who handled the rest of a great experience in selecting/purchasing a vehicle. She listened intently to my needs and budget and then made appropriate recommendations, explaining in detail. No pressure. No drama. No surprises. I am thoroughly happy with my vehicle choice! Shout out as well to Lance and Eisha for their courtesy; also Dillon who took care of a minor car issue. Thank you to BMW of Fairfield!
