I had a very disappointing experience with Platinum Dealer. I purchased extended warranties that were never properly activated or processed. I contacted the warranty company directly, and they confirmed that the warranties were never activated by the dealership. Several months have passed, and I still have not received the refund. On top of that, I have experienced ongoing issues with the vehicle I purchased, and the problems were never properly resolved. Despite multiple attempts to get clear answers, I received inconsistent information and no resolution. It is extremely frustrating to pay for services that were never fulfilled. Communication was poor, and I felt ignored when trying to resolve the issue. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would strongly advise future customers to carefully review all paperwork and confirm that any warranties or add-ons are actually processed and active. I hope the dealership improves its customer service and accountability, because this experience was far below expectations.

I appreciate your willingness to take another look at the vehicle, but honestly I do not feel comfortable bringing it back again. In previous occasions, I was told the issue would be properly resolved, however the vehicle stayed there for weeks and the problem was still not fixed. This situation affects me significantly, as I depend on my vehicle and end up waiting for a solution that never gets resolved.

Everyone was helpful, but Atef took me through and spent time with me, to choose the correct car that fits my needs. The management was very polite and got me through the whole process.

I have never given anyone a review but these guys deserve a GREAT REVIEW. Great people at Platinum Buick GMC White Plains. Very helpful, honest and very fair. I just got my 2026 Buick Envista. Love it and they made it possible!! Now I'm going back with my son so he can get his Buick. They have great service, great people working there and their prices are UNBEATABLE!!! Believe me. GO THERE!!!!!

Warm helpful. They make u feel very welcome. Leon the saleman was fantastic . Got us too a price that was good for us. Car was very clean when we picked up. They showed us how to setup the car. Would definitely use them again
