The workers are nice and helpful for the most part. The service center is pretty small and it’s tough to pick up or drop someone off to get the car. I really hate that they charge an extra fee to use a credit card. Haven’t found that to be something that other service centers do especially when service costs $1000!

That said, we understand your concerns about the limited space in our service area and how that can make drop-offs and pick-ups more challenging. We know how important convenience is, and we’re always looking for ways to improve the flow and overall experience. We also hear you regarding the credit card fee. We understand how frustrating that can feel, especially on larger service invoices. on February 11th 2024, New York State has a credit card surcharge law, that all merchants must follow to be incompliance with the law. The service center is excellent. Even though I’ve had to spend a lot of money on my vehicle, and even though I’ve had to bring it in too many times for a new car over the years, the service center always took care of me.

I brought my car in for a two-part recall (Oil Temperature/Bearings issue and ETC issue). I specifically asked if my car was subject to the oil temperature recall. The advisor told me that for my car the only recall that was relevant is the throttling issue. I did my own extensive research and that is not the case. I honestly don’t know if the technician actually did both parts of the recall, but I will be coming back to discuss further based on what was communicated to me upon check-in.

I had an appt for an oil change with the knowledge that I was waiting with my vehicle. When I arrived 15 minutes earlier than appt time I saw a long line of cars ahead of mine. The man at the desk didn’t know if my car would be ready within 2 hours. I had to leave and then received a call from a woman who asked how my service went….I explained to her what happened and she rescheduled my appt for me and made sure when I returned that my car went right in.
