I reached out to Nelda on a weekend visit to CT from New Hampshire- just hoping to test drive a few Pilots, given that I needed to look for a newer car and have always driven a different car brand. Nelda was immediately “on the case” to find what I was looking for and when I arrived later that morning, she had the perfect options for me! I hadn’t planned to buy a car that day, but felt so at ease and not pressured at all, that I ended up making the decision right there to send my current car to retirement and get to enjoy a Pilot, with much more space, a sportier feel, and one that checked even more boxes that I had anticipated. Through each step of the way, Nelda took the time to explain all the financials, insurance, and registration information. Franklin also helped explain any warrantee and extra options as I was signing all the paperwork- again, taking an approach that didn’t make me feel overwhelmed or pressured. I’m in love with my Honda Pilot and can’t thank Nelda enough for working her magic to make this happen for me! The best car shopping experience I have had! Thank you!!
