We traded in our 2023 leased Mazda on October 4th and picked up a 2025 CX30. It is now Nov. 18th and we have no title or tag. I had to go to county tag office today for an extension of the temp. tag. Worse part is that Mazda Financial keeps calling my wife (title is in her name) and wanting the October and November payments for the car we TRADED in. We have filed complaints with Mazda Motors Corporate, Madza Financial and ALM Headquarters. Every time we call someone at the dealership, lbe it sales, management or leasing, we get "Maill Box Full" recordings. If you want NO HELP and want the run around, then this is where yoiu should go. But if you want a trouble free experience - GOSOMEWHERE ELSE.

Here at this dealership they were very attentive when serving me. Their staff was fantastic, offering me a couple of interesting purchase options to consider and keep in mind. They also put the car I liked at my disposal so I could test-drive it.
