Brought my son there to buy his very first car and after

Brought my son there to buy his very first car and after one year of the engine blew up. It took Leon in his crew 4 months to get the car back to me. Never offered a loaner vehicle. Communication was very very poor. The day we pick the car up the service light came on. We had to take it back in. that’s the day Joshua repeatedly called me a liar and argued with me outside the garage over a loaner vehicle. I would never recommend this car dealership. Their service department is terrible. I didn’t mention up above, but the first engine they put in did not work they had to put a second engine in the and all is we treated this car in with a different car dealership and have moved on, but I do want to mention the service light came back on

This place is a total scam please …beware do not send

This place is a total scam please …beware do not send your wife in there alone !!!A simple oil change turned into a 3 week disaster because the under qualified technician destroyed the skid plate bolts and still couldn’t get the oil filter off . They just changed the oil but not the oil filter then said the frame is so rusted on a 2021 that the bolts just snapped off !!!!she put me on FaceTime and insisted to show her the proof then everything changed as they could no longer lie and you can clearly see the damage a under qualified technician did with all this being said I fixed the skid plate and snapped bolts on my back in the drive way in 45 mnz. ..which the under qualified tech said they were unable to do it…lol what a joke they destroy and you have to fix …what a-shame this was my local dealership not anymore!
