Worst experience from this Dealership.

Worst experience from this Dealership. Ordered a vehicle for purchase and put down $1000 for reasons unknown. Other dealers have never asked for money. I was told I would get a refund if I didn’t want the car when it was delivered. I returned to advised I didn’t want the car and wanted my refund. This is when problems occurred!! I gave the salesman all the information and waited 30 minutes. No refunds. I asked him what the issue was and was told I had to wait for a manager. 30 minutes later I asked a manager what is the problem as the money was taken within 5 minutes but to get my money back it had been over an hour wait. The sales manager replied that’s right. What the xxxx !!!. He said I should have made an appointment. He yelled like a mad man. What a jerk. Do not go here. They lied and are not customer friendly. I did ultimately get my money refunded.

Thank you for your response. Your response of not what I expected is an insulating and ridiculous response. “Not what I expected” . Instead of taking ownership of the issue of poor management responsibility No wonder why the dealership was sold. Next time respond to issues of poor staff interactions. Very sad. You could careless about valuing customers. Just talk.

I called the dealership to set up an appointment to check

I called the dealership to set up an appointment to check out a used car I seen online at cars.com. The staff was friendly enough when I arrived. They did have trouble locating the car. I waited for 45 minutes for them to find it. When it was time to check out the car, I was handed the keys and told the car had just been cleaned. The car was filthy inside. The pictures online were taken in such a way that many of the cosmetic issues were not in frame. The headliner had significant damage. As well. I immediately hanged the keys back and left. I later emailed a manager and asked if it was standard practice to show a car in such a bad state. They said it was part of their effort to show a vehicle to eager customers. I expected this from a private seller and not a dealership.
