I took my 2018 toyota camry for service and because it had the check engine light on. Steven Avelar was very kind, professional, timely and helpful during the whole process. The team at Toyota Corona went above and beyond. We recently bought a used 4Runner and a week after purchasing, we had some problems. But the team at Toyota Corona went the extra mile (and more) to make sure the issues were resolved. it is good to know that quality service and integrity is still paramount.

I had a great experience purchasing my car at Toyota Corona. The process was smooth, transparent, and much less stressful than I expected. My salesperson, Mark, was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained the features of the vehicle clearly, and never made me feel pressured. Mark made sure everything moved efficiently and kept me updated at each step, which I really appreciated. Overall, the team was friendly and the dealership environment was welcoming. If you’re looking to buy a car, I highly recommend asking for Mark at Toyota Corona. He made the experience easy and enjoyable.

Great customer care and service of my car was received by Toyota Corona Service Center! My 2003 Toyota 4Runner has been serviced and cared for by this Toyota Service Center since 2005. Because this car has great sentimental value, Toyota has always made a sincere effort to keep my car operational and safe for me! Being a senior citizen, I have great confidence in my Toyota Service Advisor, Christopher Jackson and the Service Manager, Andrew Loiacano for their devotion and dedication to meet my needs as their customer in maintaining the safety and longevity of my car especially when there is a strong sentimental attachment by me as the original owner. As team members of Toyota Corona Service Department, both Christopher Jackson and Andrew Loiacano work great together as a team to ensure the continuity in outstanding customer service and support no matter how old the customer is or their Toyota!! Because of the great service of Toyota Corona's Service Department, I am able to continue to drive my SUV and stay safe! I sincerely hope that Toyota Management knows the value of Christopher Jackson and Andrew Loiacano in their capabilities and sincere dedication to represent Toyota's customer focus. My family is amazed by how long I have kept my car and are also owners of Toyota cars and trucks!! I will continue to rely on Toyota Corona Service Department for their maintenance and support of my 2003 Toyota 4Runner!!
