So let me say i have bought 3 cars from you guys over the years and this is the fastest in and out processi ever had my sales person name is perfection he is absolutely amazing and funny and hard working and quick and his personality was just like mind. He is a great asset to the company when other people are getting upset about this and that and fustrated he is still smiling and como and relaxed handling business i got fustrated with my insurance company because they kept saying they would call me back and perfection said dont worry everything is gonna be great and when he said it por me back in a great mood. And Joe and ishmeal un servicio also amazing make sure you keep these 3 guys at your dealer ship thanks for an amazing experience yesterday.

Beware of the “non-negotiable appearance package." This dealership advertised a used car on Cars.com for $26,496. I called ahead and spoke with a salesperson, who confirmed the price and that the vehicle was still available. After I drove one hour to the dealership, I was told I would have to pay an additional $2,590 for a “non-negotiable appearance package” that was not disclosed in the ad. I declined to pay for an add-on I did not want and left. Buyers should confirm in writing whether the advertised price includes all mandatory dealer charges before making the trip.

The starter on my Nissan went bad and I had no choice but
The starter on my Nissan went bad and I had no choice but to have it towed to Nissan of Bowie. They tried to get me to do all kinds of unnecessary work on it besides the starter, but I said no. Then when I picked up my car, they had broken the door handle on it! They "reviewed their footage" and determined that they didn't break it. REALLY? They broke it and now won't fix what they broke. Shame on the Service Department there. Wish I could give -5 star review.

was the first sale for Enoch. Enoch, Aziza and Tom went above and beyond to get me into my rogue. they were very helpful and friendly during the whole process. if you are looking for a great vehicle and a helpful staff nissan of bowie is the place to go. i appreciate everything they did to help me and thank them all for getting things done. i recommend nissan of bowie for both sales and service since this is my third vehicle. i have been satisfied with everything with the dealership has done with all 3 vehicles

I had a terrific experience at this dealership!
I had a terrific experience at this dealership! I was very nervous going into this whole process as this was the first time ever buying a new car by myself. I had recently just had my previous car totaled by the insurance company unfortunately and needed to get a new car. (RIP to my Nissan Versa) I researched the car and trim level/features I wanted and then found dealers in my state that had the specific car I was looking for. I then weeded out the dealers that had poor reputations online. Nissan of Bowie had a good reputation online and also had the cheapest listing online for the exact car I was looking for (a 2025 Nissan Sentra SV with Cold Weather Package.) I showed up and met a salesman named Perfection. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process. Unfortunately they didn’t have the exact car that was listed online available anymore but they were able to find one elsewhere and get it over to their dealership in a timely manner. Perfection and the sales manager were able to offer me a fantastic rate for the car and were very easy to work with. I did go visit another dealership before I pulled the trigger on the car at Bowie just to get a sense of what other places were offering and to get a little bit of leverage to negotiate. I did not have a good experience with the other dealership despite them offering me a slightly better price, about $200 less than what Bowie ended up agreeing to. The sales manager was very intimidating and not very friendly so I ended up going back to Bowie and we got a deal done. Perfection was very kind and patient with me as I struggled with several technical difficulties trying to fill out the paperwork and add the new car to my insurance. He managed to make the whole experience as stress free and easy as possible, given the circumstances. The sales manager was also very reasonable and was willing to work with me to get a fantastic deal. Finally I’d like to thank the finance manager, whose name I cannot remember unfortunately. He was fantastic and a really cool dude. I had difficulty making payment at first because my bank daily withdrawal limit was way below my down payment. It took forever to get my bank to raise the limit and then even longer to get the transaction to go through. He was incredibly kind and patient with me about the whole thing and I got to speak with him a little bit about life and past experiences and whatnot while we waited on hold forever with my bank to get their act together. (For those inexperienced at buying cars like I was, either make sure your bank cards daily limit withdrawal limits are high enough for what you plan to spend before you go to the dealership, or bring a checkbook or cash lol. Next time I buy a car I’m bringing my checkbook just in case as a backup anyway) In summary, if you are looking to buy a new car, Perfection and the whole team over at Bowie of Nissan will treat you right. And if they don’t have the exact car of your dreams on the lot, they will work quick to get you that car and will negotiate in good faith to get you a good deal. PS if you drive for Uber or do Uber Eats currently and have done at least 50 trips you can qualify for discounts on a large number of different new cars!
