I went for warranty oil change and tire rotation for new my 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid. They dented my car hood at 2 locations. They stained interior of my car. They scattered dirt on my car. They did not place cover on seat or feet. No sticker for next oil change. Car wash did not wash anything and was done poorly. Very unprofessional, low quality, unreliable and unsupervised.

He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what we were looking for. My salesman was Jeremy was awesome. I stop by service to pickup a accessory and he saw me and he approached me and made sure everything was okay and he walked me to the car and he made sure I understood all the features he was just awesome.

I had a very positive experience with my sale’s person Chris and the finance manager Wyatt! They made the whole process smooth and easy. I appreciated their understanding of my wants and didn’t push anything extra on to me. One of the main reasons I chose to purchase form this dealership was their 5 day return policy and the warranty the cars come with. That being said, the car was immaculate and extremely well prepped for sale. My mechanic said it was in almost perfect condition. I look forward to having many years of driving with my purchase!

My last service appointment was extremely positive. Hudson reached out with contact information early on and was responsive. I really appreciated the video update on my car which helped me see clearly what work was being done on my car. I especially liked that my car was brought around to the entrance so I did not have to go looking for my vehicle in the full lot.

Do not use this dealership for service! Anytime you call, you will only reach a call center that refuses to transfer your call to where your car is actually being worked on, and a service advisor will never contact you no matter how many times you beg the call center to relay the message to call you! Then, after making payment (without even being briefed by a service advisor because they refuse to speak with their clients), they would not release my vehicle to a transport company that was there to pick it up and take to the west coast where I now live. Folks, this dealership is located in one of the wealthiest and sought-after areas in the country, yet their business is set up to ignore, frustrate, and provide zero customer service all while they overcharge their clients as many dealerships tend to do. I’ll take a bit of overcharging for good communicative customer service by an authorized dealer relative to my car, but this experience was horrendous. I feel disregarded, taken advantage of, pushed off, and disrespected. They don’t even deserve one star but that is the lowest I could provide.

Carlos and the crew at Sheehy are top shelf. No nonsense pricing, great incentives, and presented various lease options and terms very quickly and thoroughly. Quick evaluation on my trade in and fair price. Highly recommend !

Oil change took almost 3 hours and included car wash but the car wasnt really washed properly, was not touched/cleaned inside at all Tires were dirty not wet after Wash, its like tge just threw water at the car. VIP membership bought niw i regret it
