I arrived at 10am and was quoted the time would be around 1:30p or 2p. It wasn't ready until 4:30p. All I came for was an oil change and a diag, and after 4 hours they hadn't even gotten to the diag. I asked the gentleman at the front and he told me diags take "at least half a day," and they were just getting to it. Finally got the car back at 4:30p and there was no diagnosis, no quote on how much it would be to repair, and when I got in the car the rear view mirror casing was tossed on the floor. I came back in to tell the advisor my car wasn't even put back to how it was and he tried to put it back. Claimed it was fixed and wouldn't fall apart, but when I checked it it's extremely loose and feels like it'll fall apart if I hit a speed bump. I also found a piece of plastic that came from it, so it's likely broken. What bugged me more is that they didn't even run the car through the wash. The guy said I could go and do it myself if I wanted, but I had already been there close to 7 hours I wasn't about to sit in that line. All in all a poor experience. Worst yet.

The service department ordered the required part we needed in a timely manner. The part arrived at dealership and we notified soon after. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly, fitting our schedule. Part installed quickly. Highly recommend service department
