So my experience with Megan and Rick and almost all the staff was delightful however once again all it takes is one person to ruin the whole experience and I will tell you what that person is Foxt. This is the second time that I had dealings with him and he was very condescending and I don't appreciate it at all. He is the reason single-handedly that I left getting service from graff and went to another dealership

2 hours for oil change and rotation. They had to send someone out to get oil. They were out.
