John was good, the communication could improve tho. The truck I wanted to test drive wasn't available because it still needed serviced. So I asked what one I could test drive, drove one, bought it and then needed to wait a week to get it while it underwent a 120 point service inspection. When I finally got my truck it somehow recieved a chip in the windshield while it was being serviced. And my brakes started sscraping and squealing as soon as I left the lot. The next day I told them about it and they told me to drive it over the weekend and let them know if it persisted. It did, drove it all the way back to the dealership to have it serviced. They told me there's nothing wrong with my brakes. Despite is scraping and squealing and my app telling me they had 45% brake life left. They told me they'd order something to put on them to reduce the squeal and let me know when it arrived. They then told me they'd give me a loaner while they fixed my windshield cause I couldn't make it to the shop on a Tuesday. That never happened and they never fixed my brakes
