Changes online ad pricing slightly after they knew we were interested in a specific vehicle. And they don't want to budge even a penny when negotiating price. Our sales person was at least were kind and friendly. This dealer's property is also rather grim, as it's obvious they don't spend anything on maintenance, conveniences, or aesthetics. A broken door they keep a screw in to keep it from locking, water pooling in their parking spaces, rather unkempt bathrooms, and salespeople forced to do work at desks sitting in the open along the showroom floor. I feel bad for the sales staff without any offices, but worse as a potential customer where every word I speak is heard by all. I've read in other reviews that they try to do mandatory deals adds, and I'd easily believe it. I had to try to negotiate on vehicle price instead of out-the-door price because they didn't even make a print out of the out-the-door price as I requested. We walked out when they didn't budget at all on price. Sales manager claims owner set the price, but typically a GM or sales manager will set prices. They also lied when they told us they're taking a loss selling it anything less than they're asking. Typical ploy of shady dealerships. It's no wonder we only saw one other couple looking at vehicles here on a Saturday with the best weather we've had all year so far. This place feels like it's on the verge of bankruptcy.

Everything went well and I was able to buy the car I wanted at a good price. The only annoying thing was the “certification fee” they introduced when we got ready to buy the car. It was like $1,350. Anyway, even with this fee the price was good but it was still kind-of a weird way to do business, in my opinion.

Attempted to work a deal on a 2018 CLA45 AMG, told them i was interested and would buy the car at the listing price plus tax, title, doc fees and they said that there was a mandatory $1395 My Car Certification fee which is just their way of forcing a warranty on you which is illegal in PA, they also said they had a $1000 outside finance fee if I used my own bank, which is also illegal in PA. Really wanted the car, but not gonna be extorted for an extra $3000 on top of the price they had the vehicle listed at!!!

Went in to buy two cars based on prices online being competitive. Added on a $1400 “fee” per car that was mandatory for their “certification process” which was really a 6 month warranty (it is illegal in PA to require a warranty purchase so they won’t call it a warranty). Then refused to actually run our credit correctly with the financing saying “the best they could do” was an interest rate almost twice what our bank would give us and if we went with our bank we had to pay $1,000 per car saying it was “clearly on their website” though I didn’t see it in my looking so if it is there, I would argue on the “clearly.” Still ended up buying the vehicle which is on me, I know, but a week later and it has an airbag system warning light that is not covered by their “not a warranty” and expect us to come in to have it repaired there at our cost.

We have already fixed the problem as it was not something we felt could wait 7 months for a public response despite reaching out and speaking to management about all of the issues. It was on me for buying despite the red flags. Just wanted to warn others before they went through with a purchase.
Selection of used cars is very good. Sales was very friendly. Pricing is artificially lower online to get good/great deal ratings on cars.com; carguru and carfax. They have a hidden fee that is not optional for their on-house “certification” on all vehicles that costs $1500 that they lump in with taxes and processing fees. And if you do not use their financing or want pay in cash, they add an additional $1000 fee. They were not transparent with interest rate offers from their finance partners and are not concerned about what is best for the buyer. The “best” they could offer us with exceptional credit was 9.89%; after walking out it got down to 6.35%. Unpleasant experience. Will not be returning.

Had to make an appointment for a test drive then when I got there (after and a one hour drive) I'm told the car was sold last week! This whole time I'm getting continual texts about my appointment when the car was actual sold and not even on their lot when they made the test drive appointment to begin with!!!
