Don't expect management assistance at this service department and no call back to see how your vehicle was serviced. Why would anyone pu 41 psi in a tire which call for 34 36 psi. No call back and no video of service

Toni Moore in the service dept is very nice but can be "nice nasty" as well. On Thursday March 19th, I dropped my Silverado off for repairs at 5:45pm after service closing at 5:30pm. I completed the repair form, put key in envelope, and placed in drop box. I called on Friday March 20th at 8:15am to notify service that I dropped off my vehicle. A rep stated that he would leave a message for Toni Moore. Toni from service dept returned my call at 9:10am and informed me it would be next Tuesday (24th) or Wednesday (25th) before a technician could diagnose my vehicle due to a blinking check engine light. I didn't hear from Toni Tuesday (24th) or Wednesday (25th). I called on Wednesday at 3:54pm and Thursday (26th) at 7:43am. I spoke to a rep on both calls and he stated that he would leave a message with Toni. I called again at 12:19pm on Thursday (26th) and was able to leave a direct message with Toni. I never received a returned call from our initial conversation on Friday March 20th. I decided to pick-up my vehicle on Friday March 27th at 12 noon with no repairs completed. I finally spoke with Toni at time of pick-up, she pulled my vehicle around and stated "You know your check engine light is blinking". This statement was unnecessary and very unprofessional. The blinking check engine light was the reason I dropped my vehicle off for service. I informed Toni that I needed my vehicle and I would have to find a nearby shop for repairs. I never address her statement concerning the check engine light. Toni never mentioned a reason for the time lapse in communication. I didn't ask about the time lapse in communication due to Toni being "nicely sarcastic" and nonchalant.
