This is by far the WORST experience at a Dealership that
This is by far the WORST experience at a Dealership that I have encountered. We have three vehicles that we would at this dealership and now that it is under new management we will not be going there again. In fact, I have been trying to contact the new Owner to discuss a new issue that I have after spending over $8,500 dollars and now the service department wants me to spend an additional $3,000 for a Cat Converter due to me following the advice of the service advise that instructed me to keep driving the Car. When I brought this to the New Service Manager Tracy, she told me that the service advisor gave me bad information and still need to pay $3,000. I called and talked to her (Tracy) and the General Manager Chris Elliott, and they offered me a $200 discount and my response was UNACCETABLE. Mention that I will have to seek legal action and both of them hang-up. This is NOT the WAY to TREAT CUSTOMERS.
