Murgado Ford of Chicago

Great experience! I felt like I was in good hands at Murgado Ford of Chicago!

Took care of my oil change and recall issues in a timely manner. Seating area is comfortable and they put out cookies. Just needs some charging stations for phones/laptops (was there nearly 3 hours).

I recently purchased a set of four new tires for a Ford bronco. The experience was fine except I’m just about 100% sure that lightly used tires were put on my vehicle rather than four new tires which is what I paid for. At this point I don’t really trust that I’m getting the products or the service that I’m paying for.

Josh and the Ford team worked to find an electrical issue. They are hard to find. The car is bad and they tried.

Scheduling was easy, arrival was smooth, constant communications throughout, friendly service and fair pricing for service

Friendly, welcoming, kind service. Everyone helpful and informative. When I arrived to pick up car, I was helped immediately and all explained well and car was washed!

Luis was my service advisor and patiently explained all my options and which services were necessary. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Good experience.

The service was excellent in every way. I’m very grateful for everything. I’m grateful for the recommendations about the service my car needs.

I have been to Murgado twice for fleet service and they have provided great service.

Buenos dias El dia de ayer 10 de Febrero del 2026 me apersone a Murgado Ford de Chicago con la finalidad de hacer el cambio de aceite de mi auto ford focus 2018. Desde que llegue los trabajadores fueron muy amables saludando muy cortesmente y amablemente. De manera inmediata me presentaron al joven Angel Roman persona encargada de atender mi servicio. El joven muy respetuoso, amable y educado con gran profesionalidad atendio mi requerimiento y del cual el resultado fue excellente dentro de los tiempo precisos y programados. Lo mas importante que dentro del servicio,Murgado Ford te hace una revision y analisis de todos los componentes del auto, muy importante para mi y se encontro que las llantas de mi auto necesitan cambio y hacer el alineamiento de la direccion de mi vehiculo. Las recomendaciones que realizare muy pronto. En conclusion muy contento y sastifecho con la atencio del joven Angel Roman. atentamente Jesus Solsol.
