PSA WARNING: Please DO NOT do any Business with this dealership. Under new management and the General Manager has a terrible attitude and highly UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I bought a brand new Truck end of Jan, sold me the wrong truck first of all. No one mentioned it was a Diesel truck, of course they took take care of the situation, but I still wasn’t satisfied and should have walked away from the deal. They end up losing my new spare key for the Gasoline truck. Two months later, my spare key appears out of nowhere, with no call to let me know it’s been found or ready for pick up. Here’s the kicker tho. Went to speak to the General Manager about the spare key situation (After patiently waiting for over two months), he has an attitude due to the “BAD Review”I made, he stated, you’re the guy who slammed me in your review LOL! My review was sent to General Motors! Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Why bring up my review when all I wanted was my spare key. I paid too much money for this New Truck and to be disrespected and treated like trash over a Bad Review is diabolical!!!!! Get your customers service fixed and you wouldn’t have bad reviews. I give this dealership -5⭐️’s.

Everyone talks so fast and don’t take time to explain situations I live out of state and I need to get a new license plate in my state and I can’t get anyone at the dealership to help me out . Of course they’d have to call you back to help you. I’ve called multiple times and left my name with the titling department and have not received a call or text . It makes me feel that only my money was important not me being able to register my vehicle in my home state .

Their assistants get straight to the point, but always in a respectful way, without putting any pressure on you, and they makes sure to cover all the key aspects of the buying process so nothing is left unclear along the way.

Bought a car on a Monday by Thursday check engine light with multiple vodes and massive loss of power. Tried to talk to someone for two days and could not get them to talk to me. Finally had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed $375 dollars.
