Service department a real rip off parts 200 labor 1000 always more than what they tell you keeps your car for days for simple work never go there

The worst Ford dealer I ever worked with. No knowledge car sits for weeks, changes people like I change my socks. No parts ever in stock in general there horrible. I came out of heavy truck market factory rep for 43 years I would have closed this outfit long ago
