Check engine light was on after oil change was done, I left msgs with no return call, service rep was less than helpful and really could care less.

The mechanic name I don't know but the manager of the shop was very dismissive and I payed 4 thousand dollars for the mechanic to mess up my car and cause a oil leak I brought the car back and they said they will fix it for free but I had to reschedule so I was left without a car for 3 weeks and they did bare minimum didn't offer me a loaner or to pay for a rental it was a horrible experience I'm trying to get in touch with corporate

The mechanic’s name I don’t know, but the manager of the shop was very dismissive. I paid over $4,000 for repairs, and after the work was done, my car started leaking oil. I brought the car back, and they agreed to fix it for free, but I had to keep rescheduling and ended up without my car for almost 3 weeks. The customer service was terrible. They did the bare minimum to address the issue and never offered a loaner car or help with a rental while my vehicle was in the shop. Overall, this was a horrible experience, and now I’m trying to get in contact with corporate to resolve the situation.

I’ve been on the hunt for a family car and Ricardo was able to find my best option that was at an unbeatable price!! I’d like to thank him for helping me and making sure that I was comfortable and knew exactly what I was signing for!! He knew the answers to all my questions.
