After my local mechanic referred me to the dealership ( beyond their scope, charged 125$ for diagnostics, Mavis tires had told me the abnormal code meaning and said it was out of their scope , for free), massapeaqua infinity charged me 500$ to tell me the car needs a new 22k engine, and the “diagnostics” detail shows the exact same code. They charge for 2 hours of labor at 229$/hour to tell me what Mavis tire told me for free.

I was pleased to see that Gina in service was still there after all her years at Infiniti. I have purchased 4 vehicles from the dealership and I was kinda just looking and wasn't sure if I needed a new car at this time. The main reason for my choice of this dealership is because of Gina in service. She is a kind and knowledgeable professional in her field and is why I continue to own Infiniti vehicles. Gina referred me to John Houston in sales. John possesses an extensive knowledge of the vehicles and was a pleasure to speak with. If you are in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend you ask for John and stop in the service department to meet Gina and begin your Infinity experience.

Alyse is the best sales rep with whom I have ever had with a vehicle purchase. This is the sixth vehicle purchase I have been transacted within the last 18 months. She was prompt responding to me and took excellent care of me. Anthony her sales manager went above and beyond to get this deal worked out and I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle. Was disappointed with the finance person who made me wait an hour upon arrival and another hour because she didn’t have anything prepared and struggled with the out of state forms. Overall though I would work with this dealership again. Wish they were local to me instead of over 900 miles away.

They ripped me off. My tire was flat. My valve cover was left on my seat. My back seat wasn't installed back my brand new battery I installed was dead. My positive battery terminal cover was broken and my rim was damaged and two nuts to my valve cover are missing. They ripped my phone holder off my dashboard and broke it and they didn't install the cover back to my fuel pump. They won't do anything to fix the issue they are the worst service station I ever been to

Infiniti Citi of Massapequa was the best dealership I have ever experienced in my 35 years of leasing (buying) cars. I just “stopped by” to check out the cars as my current lease ( Lexus NX300) was coming to an end. That’s when I met Alyse. She convinced me to take a test drive to see if I even liked the car. (Which was a good point). Well, I not only liked the car (QX50), I liked it better than the Lexus. Alyse was knowledgeable, patient with all my questions and a definite pleasure to work with. She did everything she could to find the right car for me. And then Joe (Sales Manager) was equally pleasant. He was efficient, and actually listened to me as I explained what I preferred and needed to lease a car (a rare find in business today)! Now a week later, I have the QX50 and I love it! Thank you Alyse and Joe. PS: I must add a note about the dealership itself. Everyone there has a smile on their face and are genuinely eager to help and make a customer happy. Their respect for and interest in their customers’ needs is evident from the moment you walk in the door.

Bait and switch. Agreed to deal on car. Actually had me sign some xx agreement, then said sorry car was “just” sold. Bring your business elsewhere.
