I bough a 2015 impreza late november. after waiting a couple hours for the manager, I was told the car needed a new oil pan. I asked for the documentation of their "Multi-point Inspection" which they said they could not provide until the oil pan was fixed. it tool close to a week before I could pick up the car and when I did, I didn't ask for the inspection report. 6 weeks later I'm in for over $1000 in brake issues. I called and asked Tommy Zolo for the proof of inspection and he couldn't get off the phone quick enough, but told me he would email it to me. He didn't. I called a couple more times and he never returned another call. now 3 months in I had to put another $1,000 in repairs. My bad for trusting they did the inspection. make sure you get proof before you buy.

I bought a Subaru Impreza in November. after I signed the agreements, they said it needed repairs, which took about another week. I asked for the multi-point inspection which was not available as they said it needed repair. Fast forward 6 weeks and I'm in for $1,000+ for new brakes, rotors and calipers. Called used car manager several times and still have never received it. Make sure you get proof of their inspection before you sign.

Dishonest sales practices – beware. I was told by Rachel the vehicle on Car Gurus had nothing wrong with it when I asked and the price advertised was $3600. After driving an hour, we found that wasn’t true — the vehicle had issues, and now the price was different than what was advertised. They claim the price of the Buick was what the dealership bought it for and they needed to have it fully inspected. If that was the case and an inspection was needed to be done, why advertise the car with a low price? Next, Rachel could have cautioned me before coming down that the price was different and in fact there were some issues with the vehicle. I did tell her where I was coming in from and all she cared about was setting up an appointment and she had to mention that, “many people are also looking at this car.” After the test drive she asked me to show her the car price I found. When I showed her, she went straight to her Managers office. The Sales Manager comes out to try and convince my son and I that he’s put a lot into the car repairing it and now the price is $7,900. Needless to say I walked. If honesty matters to you when buying a car, look elsewhere.

Most terrible buying experience I have ever encountered. They sold me a used 2008 Jeep Wrangler that was rust destroyed underneath and dangerous to drive. I had it shipped to Albuquerque, NM and had it inspected by a reliable and well-respected auto repair shop. The inspection revealed the entire undercarriage was in terrible shape, needing total replacing, and not safe to drive. The cost to totally rebuild the undercarriage would be approximately $12,000 if they did not find any other issues. I paid $8000 for the jeep and approx. $1000 to ship it to ABQ, NM. As the result, it is not cost effective and worth the money to rebuild it! The entire body has to be removed from the undercarriage to totally rebuild the vehicle with a new frame and replace components due to massive rust damage. I basically bought a "part-out" vehicle for $8000! The frame along with other components have to be totally replaced and cannot be repaired based on the inspection and body shop estimate/opinion. The salesperson told me it went through a full inspection by their mechanics and I cannot believe a dealership would even sell a car in this shape. I called the dealership to inform them of the issues and I wanted to return the vehicle but they said NO! Unfortunately for me, I trusted the dealership and I would be very careful dealing with these folks!

The salesman Dylan was very knowledgeable, upfront, and honest. He made me and my family feel at ease and made the process effortles. He got us into a great vehicle and we appreciate that. This was the 3rd dealership we visited that day and as soon as we arrived we knew this place was different and we felt comfortable. I highly recommend coming here. Awesome service and great vibes

Was looking for a used Nautilus, Alex Shaw did a great job. Worked very hard to get me in a new Nautilus, that i could not be happier with. Ever since the purchase Alex has followed up to make sure everything was perfect...it it. Nick in finance was quick and informative, again with great follow up . Could not be happier with this dealership. Everyone there, even folks not in on the deal, went out of there way to make sure i was comfortable. Fantastic experience, and i would highly recommend.

My wife and I were in the market for a Wagoneer and Schaumburg Lincoln had a nice used one on the lot. We went to see the vehicle and knew that we wanted it. Michael Felker was the salesman that helped us and he worked hard to get the deal that worked for us. Sometimes buying a car can be stressful but we were treated well and it was a smooth and easy transaction. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, be sure to call Michael. You won’t be disappointed.

I usually do not enjoy the experience of buying cars but my experience at Norman Schaumburg Lincoln was a good one.

Poor customer service. Treated as if I did not belong in the dealer. Very aggressive to complete the sale but make you do everything with the bank in order to complete the sale.
