****BUYER BEWARE**** About to send a letter to the attorney general Bait and switch tactics, get told a manager will reach out never happens Sales person is gone all the time, Can't transfer to another sales associate Complete xxxxxxxx dealership l've bought 30+ cars out of state and made deals happen no problem, not the case with this dealership Super shady dealership, took me 10 times of messaging on high end vehicles to get a response. Then I get told that since I'm out of state I would need to physically come in to sign documents. I've done this over 10 times and not once has that been an issue especially when they are the ones doing the financing I don't see what the risk is. On top of that they do another thing I've never heard of they don't take deposits only an insurance card on the vehicle you are looking at to hold it. Not to mention this is all before I have even seen any numbers for the vehicle in question. Along with all the other reviews something tells me those numbers are going to be different than what's advertised online. They are quick to take your credit app and run with it. All major red flags that you wouldn't expect at a Dodge dealership but you can't trust anyone anymore. Never have I had it be so difficult to buy a vehicle. This dealership can kick rocks

Awesome dealership nice cars and great staff. My experience was unbelievable great. Scott was very up front about what he can do for me. I came in at 5pm and left at 11pm with my car you talking about service. My time waiting was an experience it self lol Scott kept me entertained lol we talked about so many different things 😅 my mom had a great time sitting in the dealership enjoying Scott. I must say again the staff was the best part of buying my car. I felt very comfortable down to my experience with the fiancé department the Sheriff is very good and informative 👌🏽 I would recommend checking them out they have a variety of cars new and used 😊 I purchased a 2021 GLE 350 and its beautiful😍 My new home for purchasing my cars. 👍🏾💯

It’s a good dealership: you get a fair deal. Just inconvenient parking and location: Andy Yew is a very caring salesman. I got a better deal here than at Security. All good. Ed

Very deceptive practices. The price and conditions would change every time I would be handed off to someone else. I felt hustled every step of the way. Incredibly difficult to work with. Very happy I decided to buy elsewhere.

Stay away from this dealership, very deceptive practices by the Sales Mgr. an Business Mgr. They advertise one price and add in numerous charges after your ready to buy the vehicle. In some cases an additional $20,000 over advertised price. Look at their own website negatives reviews from first hand experiences. Dont believe the positive reviews from friends and family!!!! Check BBB as well.

Drove 10 hours (Total) from out of state to test drive a CPO RAM 2500. Advertised price is NOT what the actual price is, even after asking over the phone to ensure a smooth transaction and no surprises upon arrival. $2450 "Reconditioning fee" and $1250 "Destination charge" since they bought it on auction. Every dealer I have ever bought from out of state encompasses ALL of their fees in their list price. As soon as you get to the finance manager, boom, unexpected charges that total over 4k over list price. However, they do list it in their "Fine print" that you may be subject to these fee's and I missed that portion of the description. Sales, Finance and Acquisition manager were all pleasant to speak with (Even with the tough negotiation) but the bait and switch last minute to upcharge the vehicle by 4k over list was an absolute deal breaker for me. Disappointed overall but great lesson learned to read all of the fine print and not just take the list price for face value

Worked with Andy Yew. Very attentive and responsive. This is the first time l purchased from them but have used them before for service, I’ve always had positive experiences. Their prices are competitive .

They give prices and change prices them at last minute . Not honest. Beware. Dont waste your time. prices you see online mean nothing hidden charges.

Stay away. Fake reviews I've purchased a lot of vehicles from various dealerships nationwide and this dealership has by far the worst customer service.Do not bother to waste your time. You will literally waste it. They are selling a vehicle, I am in the market to buy yet somehow it is impossible to make a purchase. I inquired last week on a Wednesday and it is now Monday with no response. Good luck getting past the one and only lady who answers the phones there. She will literally hang up on you and state that you are complaining by simply asking for detailed information on a vehicle.

Dealership is a waste of time! Like all reviews I experienced the same service. Almost 4 days for an approval. Finally see the deal on paper and almost $8,000 in fees. Dealership is being ran like a mom and pop dealership. Stay away, far away.
