It’s a good dealership: you get a fair deal.

Very deceptive practices.

Very deceptive practices. The price and conditions would change every time I would be handed off to someone else. I felt hustled every step of the way. Incredibly difficult to work with. Very happy I decided to buy elsewhere.

Stay away from this dealership, very deceptive practices

Stay away from this dealership, very deceptive practices by the Sales Mgr. an Business Mgr. They advertise one price and add in numerous charges after your ready to buy the vehicle. In some cases an additional $20,000 over advertised price. Look at their own website negatives reviews from first hand experiences. Dont believe the positive reviews from friends and family!!!! Check BBB as well.

Drove 10 hours (Total) from out of state to test drive a

Drove 10 hours (Total) from out of state to test drive a CPO RAM 2500. Advertised price is NOT what the actual price is, even after asking over the phone to ensure a smooth transaction and no surprises upon arrival. $2450 "Reconditioning fee" and $1250 "Destination charge" since they bought it on auction. Every dealer I have ever bought from out of state encompasses ALL of their fees in their list price. As soon as you get to the finance manager, boom, unexpected charges that total over 4k over list price. However, they do list it in their "Fine print" that you may be subject to these fee's and I missed that portion of the description. Sales, Finance and Acquisition manager were all pleasant to speak with (Even with the tough negotiation) but the bait and switch last minute to upcharge the vehicle by 4k over list was an absolute deal breaker for me. Disappointed overall but great lesson learned to read all of the fine print and not just take the list price for face value

Stay away.

Stay away. Fake reviews I've purchased a lot of vehicles from various dealerships nationwide and this dealership has by far the worst customer service.Do not bother to waste your time. You will literally waste it. They are selling a vehicle, I am in the market to buy yet somehow it is impossible to make a purchase. I inquired last week on a Wednesday and it is now Monday with no response. Good luck getting past the one and only lady who answers the phones there. She will literally hang up on you and state that you are complaining by simply asking for detailed information on a vehicle.

Dealership is a waste of time!

Dealership is a waste of time! Like all reviews I experienced the same service. Almost 4 days for an approval. Finally see the deal on paper and almost $8,000 in fees. Dealership is being ran like a mom and pop dealership. Stay away, far away.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING. I normally don’t post long reviews, but what I experienced at South Shore Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram needs to be shared so others don’t go through the same nightmare. My husband and I purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from this dealership on January 6–7, 2025. We test-drove a silver model, but the dealership convinced us to switch to a Gray one at the last minute, telling us the only difference was the color. We trusted them and never test-drove the Gray vehicle because the sale went until almost 1 AM and we couldn’t properly inspect it in the dark. For months, everything seemed fine—especially because the dealership gave us a clean CarFax report, and we pulled another clean CarFax ourselves. No accidents, no damage reported. We believed we bought a new, undamaged vehicle. Everything changed on August 30, 2025, when we brought the Jeep to a professional body shop for a small scrape. The technician immediately refused to touch the vehicle because he found major hidden body work that clearly existed long before we ever owned it. This included: Aftermarket hood instead of factory Missing emissions and A/C labels under the hood Tampered, old screws holding the hood components Uneven hood gaps and misalignment Repainted and blended right front fender Paint bubbles (chemical reaction from prior repaint) Signs of structural adjustment The shop literally said, “Take this back to the dealer. This was repaired before you got it.” We returned to South Shore and even one of their own employees confirmed the hood, screws, paint, and labels did NOT match factory condition after comparing our Jeep to others on the lot. And here’s the worst part: 🚨 The dealership first agreed to repair the vehicle… …then backed out after we signed their repair agreement. They claimed we “threatened” them—completely false—and refused to honor what they promised. They would not even include the fact that they themselves replaced the fog light two weeks after purchase because it was installed incorrectly. 🚨 Stellantis corporate also made promises A Stellantis representative said they would reimburse us for a rental and give us an extended warranty. Then he simply stopped responding to calls, emails, and voicemails. 🚨 The dealership is now trying to blame the mileage This makes zero sense. The mileage only proves we’ve been driving the vehicle daily and did NOT have time to perform major, secret body repairs. We have had NO accidents whatsoever. --- ❗ Bottom line: We were sold a vehicle with undisclosed prior damage, disguised as “new,” supported by a clean CarFax. The dealer then stalled, deflected, made false statements, and refused to fix the problem they acknowledged. This experience has been stressful, misleading, and completely unacceptable. If you value honesty, transparency, and safety when buying a vehicle— GO ELSEWHERE.

Worst dealership ever.

Worst dealership ever. They advertise a price to get you in the door, try to add extra fees and jack the price up 21k. Don’t waste your time, these guys are just dishonest crooks. Stay far away from this dealership, they should be ashamed of themselves. I really hope people don’t actually fall for their games, they like sitting on inventory for 4+ months and not selling and making some money. Quite ridiculous not sure how they’ve managed to stay in business but with the recent reviews looks like they won’t be for much longer, maybe it has to do with the lawsuit against the owner. Can’t show a profit
