Louie D. – Service Consultant – is truly an asset to Niello Porsche Sacramento. He always greets customers with a big smile and a positive attitude, and his professionalism is exemplary. He thoroughly explained the services needed for my vehicle, reviewed the estimated costs, and promptly contacted me during the service period when a water pump leak was discovered. He also immediately informed me that he would reach out to the extended warranty company on my behalf. Overall, the Sacramento service team feels much more relaxed and welcoming than the Porsche Rocklin team, where I previously took my car. Even when Louie worked at Porsche Rocklin, he was always smiling & provided the same excellent level of customer service there as well. My only constructive criticism is the dealership’s 4% credit card processing fee. I find it hard to understand why a dealership generating substantial profits is passing this cost directly to customers. At a minimum, this fee should be clearly disclosed on the dealership’s website and prominently posted at the dealership itself.

Thank you for response! Yes, since you are part of the management team, it would be appreciated if this concern is discussed with other Niello Porsche management regarding the practice of charging customers a credit card processing fee. My Porsche was in for the 40,000-mile service, and during the inspection that’s when the leaking water pump was discovered. As a result, my out-of-pocket expense totaled several thousand dollars which warranty did not cover. Given the already significant repair costs, adding a credit card processing fee felt disappointing so I had no choice but to pay cash. More importantly, upfront clarity and transparency with customers are important so please ensure customers are notified immediately of fee. I appreciate your attention to this feedback and hope management will reconsider this policy moving forward.

I can’t say enough great things about Porsche Sacramento. The entire staff is extremely professional, welcoming, and truly makes every visit feel special. They consistently provide the true Porsche experience. Jose Dominguez in the service department is outstanding. Every time we need service for our Porsches, Jose gets us in quickly, helps navigate our warranties, arranges a loaner car, and keeps us updated throughout the process. He makes everything easy and efficient, especially when I need to swoop in quickly between work appointments. He always has everything ready, including the loaner. One time, when I had an extended repair, Jose remembered that I wanted to try a fun loaner. Halfway through the repair, he called and asked if I wanted to switch from the Macan loaner to a Taycan. That kind of thoughtfulness and attention to detail is rare. He is extremely professional, personable, and kind every time we see him. Jason Yurgelevic, who helped me when I bought my Cayenne, is also fantastic. From the first time I met him while I was walking around the dealership waiting for my husband’s car in service, he was personable, patient, and never pushy. I told him I was manifesting that someday I would get my own Porsche too, and I hoped he would be the one to find it for me when the time was right. I wanted a very specific Cayenne with certain features, and I wasn’t in a rush. He remembered exactly what I was looking for and would reach out anytime something hit his lot or the Rocklin location that he thought might interest me. When the right Cayenne finally came along, Jason made the buying process so much fun. The champagne, the private room unveiling, and the way he made the whole experience feel exciting and special meant a lot to me. Even though my car was a used Cayenne Turbo, he made me feel like I was buying something truly new and extraordinary. Demi and Andrey in management are also wonderful every time I see them at the dealership. They are always friendly, welcoming, and make a point to say hello when I stop in for service. Andrey also provided great follow-up after my purchase, which I really appreciated. The dealership itself is gorgeous, and I never mind waiting there while our cars are being serviced. Between the professionalism, the personal touches, and the way the team treats us like family, Porsche Sacramento has created an exceptional Porsche experience for us every time. It is my favorite Porsche dealership, even if I am still waiting for them to take my suggestion and add a gelato machine.
