If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from a dealer who is fair, upfront, flexible, accommodating, and honest, then you must visit Tim at the Darcars Volvo Fairfax. This was honestly the best experience I have had with any dealer in over 40 years, and I would highly recommend taking the time to visit Tim, even if you are just thinking about purchasing a Volvo. He was very flexible and patient when our interest took us to another vehicle than the one, he had for us originally and his pricing was extremely fair. He promised he would have us out the door in one hour, and he kept his promise. My thanks to Tim and all others who assisted us in purchasing our Volvo XC60.

The staff is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Service is Amazing and tries to be accommodating. Sales was never pushy and went over the product fully as well as the process of purchasing.

I bought an XC60 from Darcars Fairfax. Glen, the sales consultant, and Tim, the manager, were great showing the car, helping me learn more about the car and letting me test-drive one. Neither of them were trying to upsell anything or being pushy. I enjoyed working with them.
