I worked with Tasca over the past year when trading in my

I worked with Tasca over the past year when trading in my car and leasing a new one. While my experience with the sales team was positive, I cannot recommend the service center. I’ve had several oil changes there, and each time I was quoted about an hour. However, the appointments consistently took 2–3 hours. This happened more than once, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Most recently, I had a tire concern covered under a tire protection plan. I was given an 8:00 AM appointment, but the claims center they work with doesn’t open until 10:00 AM. I was also told—after arriving in person—that they don’t recommend customers wait with their vehicles because services often take several hours. This was never communicated ahead of time. When I called to express my frustration, the service manager was dismissive and unprofessional. He told me I “wasn’t listening” and that I was “just talking,” rather than addressing my concerns. That interaction left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer. Also, at my last oil change I was told I needed a wheel alignment (despite only having the car for 11 months), even though I have a 3rd party plan for maintenance that I purchased through them, I was initially told by the service manager my wheel alignment is not covered. I just read my agreement and it includes 1 free alignment so what he said was incorrect and I would have lost $600 had I listened to him. Overall, there seems to be a lack of clear communication and consistency within the service department. Unfortunately, based on my experiences, I do not find the service team to be a reliable source for ongoing car support.

Everything went the usual way at a dealership except for

Everything went the usual way at a dealership except for the final stage, I felt the lease payment was too high for this SUV so after some discussion, the salesperson came back to me with a lower (and better) monthly lease payment. What the manager and salesperson failed to tell me was that they got the new montly lease payment lowered by using money from my trade in. They took $3000 off my agreed upon trade in value without actually telling me what they had done. 4 weeks later when i returned to collect my trade in check, I was really upset to discover what had taken place. The manager offered to give me a complimentary tire rotation, was he joking?

Great experience, every employee was exceptional.

Great experience, every employee was exceptional. I dealt with Imed, he took into consideration my age, made sure I understood each step. Felt I got a lot of for bang for pmy money. He even delivered the car next day( local) showed me how to set up GPS and connected my phone. Had been to other car dealerships, feel I had the best experience with Tusca KIA and Imed!
