I stopped by with no line and a mechanic between jobs took a quick look, cleared the error, explained what it was, and didn’t overcharge. That kind of attitude is rare.

I had my Enclave repaired here after a minor hit. They were honest and said we could do it fast and cheap or take longer and do it properly. I chose the second option and the gaps are even, the color match is perfect, no haze. They didn’t hide the price and everything was itemized in the estimate.

I came to estimate my trade-in using their “value your trade” tool. I entered everything online, then at the dealership they just confirmed the condition and adjusted the number slightly. No huge drop. Some people said they cut you hard, but that wasn’t my experience.

My work schedule is brutal, so I really appreciated their early drop-off. I came in at opening, left the keys, and by lunch my Terrain had oil and tires done. They also did a multi-point inspection but didn’t scare me—just gave me a list for the future.

The deciding moment for me was the real test-drive route, not just around the block. We drove up and down Kennedy, over potholes, and on the highway. You immediately see how the car behaves in real conditions.

I liked that they offer pre-qualification through Capital One without a hard credit hit. I filled it out at night, had a preliminary answer by morning, and went in already knowing what numbers to expect. It saves a lot of stress.

Question for those who bought a new GMC here: how is the dealer assistance program? At purchase they told me about towing and roadside help, but I haven’t needed it yet. Just curious if they respond as quickly as promised.

Their website is also good because you can calculate an estimated payment. I compared three options at home, saved them, and when I arrived the manager just opened my estimate in the system and we adjusted it to the real down payment.

It’s nice that besides Buick and GMC they also have other brands on the used lot. I came for a Canyon but noticed a clean Lexus. The manager Juan showed me both without pushing me in one direction.

I came with a friend just to look around and thought they’d get annoyed by silly questions. Instead, the manager calmly showed a couple Buicks, explained package differences, and even let us compare two cars on a short loop. No disrespect for just looking.
