I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership as a first-time buyer, and what should have been an exciting experience turned into a disappointing one. During the sales process, the salesperson provided information about the vehicle that later turned out to be incorrect. That information influenced my decision when choosing the vehicle. When we brought this to management’s attention, they did not deny that the information provided was inaccurate. However, the situation was addressed very casually and nothing was done to resolve the issue. When my relatives, who came with me since my parents are not here, tried to ask for clarification, we were dismissed and spoken to in a very disrespectful manner. The level of customer care and professionalism shown in handling the situation was extremely disappointing. As a student making my first major financial purchase, this situation was very stressful for me and my family. Buying a car requires trust and clear communication, and unfortunately that was not the experience I had here. Based on how everything was handled, I would not recommend this dealership.

This dealership is awful. Poor customer service, very unprofessional and deceitful. Please don’t buy there. There are better Honda dealerships in the area. I have owned seven (7) Honda products and love them; loyal repeat customer. Honda should remove its name from this dealership. It gives Honda a bad reputation and diminishes the entire Honda brand.

Nothing wrong with the car. It's my 5th Honda and when it dies, I'll buy another. This is only about the dealership & its staff. One word: OY! No attention to detail. We sat at our credit union for 2 hours, waiting for 2 pieces of paper from STH to be scanned to my credit union rep. Those papers were wrong FIVE TIMES. My middle name was wrong, my DOB was wrong.... wrong driver's license in the wrong state. Price was wrong. Finally we were done there and headed out to pick up the car. Was told by the sales rep gal that we'd be in/out in 15 minutes. LIE! Waited and waited and waited. Finally I was like "And what exactly are we waiting for? We were supposed to be out of here 45 minutes ago." She says "I'm waiting for the finance manager." K... sigh. Then she was waiting for ANOTHER manager to do whatever that manager does. All they did was waste time. FINALLY got into said Finance manager's office to sign off on the last of it and hand over our down payment check & the credit union check. STILL took another 30 minutes because I found errors...again. Yeah, the guy apologized repeatedly but he knew I was NOT AMUSED. By then, I just wanted my car to go home! Made it clear that the only reason I didn't walk away from the deal is because of their "Non-Refundable Deposit" form I had to fill out so they wouldn't sell the car out from under me. Were it not for that, I'd have departed. Music in that dealership was so loud, we could barely hear ourselves think. Plenty of people walking around... doing just that. Nothing else. So incredibly unprofessional. Told them "You wanna learn how to run this dealership better? Go visit Honda Carland in Roswell GA or Ed Voyle's Honda in Marietta GA. Those two are class acts. Again, I'll buy another Honda someday but it will NEVER be from Stone Mountain Honda!

Had a deal with them on a new 2024 black van, they agreed on price of 50k, then switched the vin # and tried to sell me a new van with scratches on it, they still had the original one on lot In perfect condition, but now wanted 2000 more for it, when it was priced the same as the other one on their website, were unwilling to negotiate, I had already closed my loan and had ck in hand and drove 2.5 hrs to be swindled by them. Be careful doing business there. They did not honor original offer. Misleading, thought they were gonna give me the damaged one, I walked
