I'm glad I changed dealerships. I have taken my 2025 Enclave in for service 2 times now and both time it was a great experience. Sandy (my advisor) happily checked me in and notified me timely on the progress of my service. My car was returned spotless inside and out (car wash service) and on time . Maybe picking a holiday to get an oil change & tire rotation was a bad idea on my part even with a scheduled appointment. Did not realize it would take 5 hours to complete. However Brennan my service guy took care of me & apologized that it took so long.

My experience at your dealership was very positive. The service department staff were courteous and professional. I brought my car in for routine maintenance, but other things needed attention.
