The staff is knowledgeable and were very pleasant. They took the time to answer questions that I had about service options. The service turnaround was quick allowing me to complete other errands that I had planned for the day.

Very easy going, knowledgable, honest and direct. Matt was very helpful and easy to work with. I came into the lot several times before making my final purchase. I never felt rushed. Only supported in my car buying journey.

I have used Mazda Thousand Oaks to service my 2017 Mazda CX5 since I first leased it new.. I have to travel quite a distance to have it serviced there, because of the great service coupled with the service writers. Always a positive experience. JC was very helpful this recent visit.
