I went to the dealership this past Saturday to look at a mustang. Once I arrived, customer service was on point. Long story short, Mol provided the best knowledge and car history. He was honest and open since I arrived. Process was quick and easy. Cadillac Marin worked to get the best pricing and APR for used car financing. Car is driving flawless and without issues. Great job to everyone working here and hope to do more business in the future.

I was put in touch with Jacob Audiss in Sales and found him to be honest, informative, patient and knowledgeable. Dealing with Jacob was stress free, sort of like chatting with a friend. There was absolutely no high pressure or intimidation. Managers Ivan and Victor were there to work on my behalf to finalize the deal. They too, work hard at making the process easy and comfortable. I found the pricing to be fair for both the new car purchase and the trade value. A five star experience overall, and I cannot find a single flaw in their process.

Had a great experience with the team over at Cadillac Marin. I spoke with Tony and took me for a couple test drives while explaining every detail of the cars to me. I also spoke with Alex and Victor who were both extremely knowledgeable as well of their products. It made the dealership experience such a welcoming and friendly one, after having been out of the market for so long. I cannot recommend this location enough!

I worked with Alex who was fun to speak with and was willing to assist me when it came to some special requests I had in terms of purchasing the car. When he heard it was my birthday he was kind enough to bring me some cake that was at the office. Later I came back to the dealership another day to fix adjust some paperwork and they offered me free food which was incredibly kind of them. In terms of prices they seem to be pretty fair, and even a little lower than the average for used vehicles. Great experience, would recommend.
