After a month-long search across Southern California for a certified pre-owned VW ID.4 xxxxxxPlus. I finally found the exact car at Thousand Oaks VW. Called the dealer, scheduled the same-day appointment, and Beau was fantastic—clear, helpful, and professional. Arrived after 4pm and the test drive, application, and loan processing took only a few hours. Smoothest, easiest car-buying experience I’ve had. Highly recommend.
