Big City Mitsubishi

I went for my first service for my VW Tiguan. Representative was professional and the service was per performed in the timeframe he gave me. I think they tried to wash my car but they did not dry it. My car was wet when I picked it up. I said “tried” because my car was already clean.it was a bit annoying that they did not dry it. Other than that everything always was satisfactory. Thank you, LT

Our car was towed in with a punctured tire. The first person I spoke to was a man named Maurice Coaxum who signed me in and told me what steps they would be taking to assess the damage and replace or repair the tire. He was calm, patient, and exceptionally courteous. Over the next few hours, he brought us up to date on what was occurring and next steps. His demeanor never changed even as the business around him was heavy. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this establishment.
