I am a bit confused why my maintenance light for an oil change is set at 5,000 miles when the owner's manual states 7,500 to 10,000 miles.

Did not change wiper blades even though I purchased the

Did not change wiper blades even though I purchased the vehicle maintenance warranty. Also I told them to screw the bolts tightly and told me to go to a different dealership which makes no sense.
