INFINITI City of Queens

BUYER BEWARE. I went to Infiniti of Bayside on 2/3/2024 and was quoted $650/month to lease a QX55. I wanted to weigh my options and was shopping around for other quotes. I realized they were giving me the best deal so I returned on 2/10/2024. They told me they could no longer offer me that price since I came in January ( I came in February not January) and that deal is no longer available. The price was now $710/month. When I told them forget it and was about to walk out they offered the grey Infiniti QX55 for $650/month. I kindly told them no because I wanted it in white. They then said they could order it in white and give it to me for $650/month so I agreed. I gave them a $1040 deposit. It was Saturday 2/10 and I was told the car would be there by 2/14. Well, 2/15 comes and I do not hear from them. My friend who works at a leasing company called me and told me they were lying. Alex who works at Infiniti of Bayside told her they were only getting grey QX55's, they were not getting any in white. When I called them and told them to cancel my deposit they were rude and tried to tell me I was making them look bad. They stopped answering my calls. I called on 2/16 and asked if they processed my refund and was told by the receptionist they did but it was a holiday weekend and to wait a few more days before I see it in my account. I waited a week and called back and left a message. No one returned my call. I called today (2/28) and asked about my refund. Amy the receptionist told me they were waiting for a check in the mail. When I questioned the check and told her I paid with a credit card why can't I just be refunded on the card, I was put on hold. She then told me they processed the refund on 2/21/2024 (today is 2/28, still have not received it) and to call my bank because they are holding the money. I then called my bank. They told me they do not see any incoming money coming from Infiniti of Bayside. I then proceeded to dispute the charge on my credit card. These people are liars and apparently thieves. They like to play games. I would not recommend their business at all.

Bunch of crooks! After spending several hours on a weekend with Ray we finally came to an agreement on the lease of a vehicle. We were asked how would we like to pay after a little hesitation we agreed and gave him the card to put a depot on the vehicle. However, when he returns our initial agreement was no longer in his hand but another paper stating a substantially higher price and informed us he would no longer be able to offer the price he was going to lock in the deposit for. Unsure what changed in the few minutes from our agreement to walking over to process the deposit. I advised him we are no longer interested and would like our card back, his manager attempted to talk to us however at that point we were no longer interested in dealing with these crooks. Beware of last minute mark ups and unexpected price spikes in moments. They wasted hours of our time and most importantly were dishonest and just crooks trying to pinch extra money out of people. Goes to show not much honest businesses left, beware and stay away from these crooks!

Infinity of Bayside is very reliable with competent staff. They are transparent about the service they render and advise you on only what you need.

Brian is the best! He makes you feel at home and explains everything in detail. If you're shopping for a new car, he comes highly recommended.
