There was quite a wait because only one service technician was handling a long line of early morning car owners. I see this as cost-effective for the dealer. I'm used to a pack of commission-driven scalpers ready to jump me at other service dealers. So, I had a 7am appointment time, but finally talked with the one service advisor by 7:45am. If you have a 7am service appointment at this dealer, you may need to nix your later-morning agenda, It would be best for the one service advisor to go thru the long line of cars to first honor any appointments before the show-uppers. I had 2 coupons from other dealers that were honored, a "plus." My service was completed quickly considering my long wait for the one service technician.

Today I went with my wife to Punte Hills Nissan and we bought our first car together. This experience was so amazing Brian Rivas was so polite so communicative and very trustworthy. Thank you Quincy Hills for your wonderful service.

A great experience! I was looking at a specific used vehicle. Puenta Hills had a few on the lot, all good or great deals, with free Carfax reports. They contacted me while I was shopping their website, and encouraged me to make an appointment and come in. I made an appointment for the next day. I ended up running about an hour late, and texted them to let them know, but the dealership was extremely busy that day, so they did not receive my text. When I walked in, I was greeted by a salesperson that was walking by (Hussein aka H.H.). I advised him who I made the appointment with, but since everyone was already assisting multiple customers, he stepped in. H.H. was personable, professional, and honest (yes, an honest car salesman!). I test drove the vehicle I was most interested in, decided to take it, and H.H. helped me through the entire process, until I had the keys to drive off the lot. A great deal and a great experience for the perfect vehicle for me!

Horrible liars! Very upsetting to drive all the way to them and then get turned down anyways. They lie to you in order to bring you in. Once I was there I told them I did not want a deal with a co signer but they insisted so much and the sales manager Jonathan even called my mother to ask if she would sign for me even after I told them NO so many times!! I felt very disrespected and it upset me that he did not honor my word. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Don’t waste your time here.

I came in to this location to see if my mom will find a vehicle tat she would like on Sunday 9/01/24, she actually did find a car a pre own Nissan Rouge , Jerry who was the sales rep that help us with the purchase was very helpful, Since we did our purchase in the evening we did not notice that the vehicle was missing floor mats and to top it off the seats are all dirt and stain we have bought pre on vehicles before and we never had this issue, I have called the dealer and left several messages and no one has return my call back, I ask to speak to manager and all am told is that they are busy and that the sales rep that help us with our purchase wont be in until Friday 09/06/204, Well since no can return my call will not be processing the down payment not until they call me back! The are being manage by new management,

After explaining to these people over the phone that my credit was terrible and I didn't want to drive an hour to be lied to, they promised they had a special program and my credit didn't matter. They end up going above and beyond to lie to me and waist my time. I wanted a used Altima for 20k - 25k that I already found on there website listed on there lot, and they offer me a brand new 40k vehicle, run my credit 7 times to give me an almost 30% interest rate after I offer up to 15k cash down! Then they proceeded to get me into a new car instead of a used and offer me a low-end Sentra, making promises of fixing my credit by refinancing me in a year. I leave only for them to call me back with the used Altima for 23k that I originally wanted and a lower interest rate. And this wasn't 1 but 4 different managers all doing the same thing to me. I know car salesmen are shady, but Nissan of Puente Hills goes hard with the deception and lies, like they train the managers how to lie! Do not waste your time. There is a reason that Altima, Maxima, Versa, Rouge, Titan and the GT-R are all being discontinued by next year.
