I was transparent with them with the pricing that I received from another vendor. They promised me that they would also be. What a load of rubbish. They initially matched the price that the other dealer gave me but then they tried to load me with bunch of other fees and taxes etc. They got upset with me when I called them out on it. They lost a customer and a sale.

My visit to your Route 17 location was possibly my best

My visit to your Route 17 location was possibly my best car buying experience  . Rion Mustafa ( my sales person ) was just a wonderful person. We did a bunch of exploring at your used car lot . He was so very intent on locating a vehicle that matched my desire . We did locate a great vehicle and we were set on it . Only to find out it was sold on Saturday . Everything worked out though , I am the proud of a Brand New Ridgeline . Ana Rosas , your finance manager . I have to be honest. As I was leaving with my sale contract I turned and thank her for all she did . I also expressed to Ana that this was my absolute best experience in the finance department at any car dealership . So last but not least . I had to return the car today as it had a cracked windshield when purchased . This was discussed and plans to have it repaired were made at the time of the sale  . Also upon seeing what is actually a new vehicle for my wife , she insisted on some accessories. So while dropping it off for the windshield replacement we had the pleasure of meeting and working with Miguel Salazar one of your service advisors . Another great experience . He was able to set up the installation of the windshield along with the new accessories . He also hooked my wife up with a rental while her new car is laid up . Mahwah Honda  will be the only dealership I recommend to friends and family .

Been waiting to receive my plate since I bought my truck

Been waiting to receive my plate since I bought my truck the last week of January had to get a new dealer plate for Mach, and I still have yet to receive it they said that the would overnight it and it has yet to arrive. And I only found out they had my plate by calling them about it, after they have had it for over a week and never called me about it, I will never be buying a vehicle from here again. And after only owning the truck for about two months the check engine light came on.

Elvis was very friendly and was a pleasure to work with.

Elvis was very friendly and was a pleasure to work with.. very courteous and friendly, and made the negotiation very friendly and positive. I was shocked to have a good experience in a dealership after dealing with *******... Elvis and Abdel were exceptional to work with, and I will be a customer for life barring anything crazy. Abdel was incredibly kind and made what is usually a sh*tty experience, honestly, fun. He has a dope office, and he's the only finance director ive ever met with a master sword 😂

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Honda of

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Honda of Mahwah. I purchased a car from this dealership just last week, and unfortunately I discovered a problem with the car the very next day. As a customer, I expected support and professionalism when I called to ask for help. When I contacted the dealership, I spoke with the receptionist named Gaby. I explained that I needed to speak with the salesperson who sold me the car. She asked for my phone number and told me to wait while she transferred the call. After about 10 seconds, the call was suddenly disconnected. I called back and politely asked why the call was disconnected. She told me it was a connection issue, which I understand can happen. However, she already had my phone number and could have called me back. She again told me to wait while she connected me, and after about a minute the call was disconnected AGAIN. As a customer who just purchased a vehicle days ago, this level of customer service is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Buying a car is a big investment, and customers deserve respect and proper assistance when there is an issue. I hope management at Honda of Mahwah sees this review and improves the way customers are treated, especially when they need help right after making a purchase.

Stay away from HONDA of MAHWAH 2024 Chevy Trax was

Stay away from HONDA of MAHWAH 2024 Chevy Trax was was advertised everywhere online for $21,599. After the test drive, I wanted to buy the car. The finance guy comes out with this offer that says the Trax price really is $25,524, because they had to add in this 'Service Reconditioning fee' for $2795.00 and a "Protection Package" for $ 1875, which has to be automatically added to the advertised price of the car. I would have never come to test drive that vehicle if it was advertised at that price. Deceptive advertising and misleading customers is apparently the way they normally operate. I consented to financing $20,850 for this vehicle. Total amount, including all fees and taxes and deducting my trade in. I had already been pre-approved from my credit union with a 5.74% interest rate. They insisted they would be able to match that rate. Now another hour and half goes by and I finally go in the back to another guy to sign all the documents, sign here, sign here. Folded up my copy and put in an envelope and sent me away. Of course I assumed they matched the interest rate we spoke about. Of course I assumed the contract had the $20,850 price that was agreed to. Looking at the contract, I was charged $23538 for this car. And they switched my interest rate to 6.74, not 5.74! My copy only included 6 of the maybe 10+ pages I signed. on an iPad. I thought it was an actual clerical mistake. Now after reading so many other reviews of them, this is how they operate on a daily basis. And I am only one of their victims. They have you signing papers on an iPad and initially stuff here and there, you are not seeing the whole picture until it is signed and printed out and you are rushed out the door. I hope there is a class-action lawsuit. Deceptive advertising. Hiding prices. Dishonest practices. BUYER BEWARE. These people are crooks. This is not a back alley used car lot where you would expect to get robbed. This is FRAUD and should be criminal. I am filing more complaints. And consulting an attorney. Bottom line is, Don’t purchase a Chevy (or any other car) at Honda of Mahwah. Unless you like getting ripped off by shameless swindlers.

Purchased a used Honda HR-V.

Purchased a used Honda HR-V. Should have asked salesmen to explain what "Would I take it for $24300 ment... Have them go thru the numbers... price of car, sales tax, documentation fee and registration.? Go to finance and was charged $899.00 documentation fee -which I negotiated to $600.00 with the salesman or so I thought. Since I did not ask I feel that's on me but also feel slightly hussled. Last time I purchased a car there the certified used was included in the price, now they charge $2195.00-Which I did not take. Be careful. They wore me out by the end. If your so concerned Honda of Mahwah, send me $300.00
