Had a great experience. Donovan and Damien were both very professional. I live in Ohio and the process was very smooth.

Very little communication, had to call for updates. The loaner vehicle was disgustingly filthy and smelled like smoke, I couldn’t even drive it. When we got our vehicle back it was dirty, the service manager had them wash it again and I seriously think they only rinsed it off. Water spots everywhere and the wheels were never touched. Very disappointing considering this is the 5th vehicle I bought at your dealership.

The repair shop is excellent Aaron is a great service advisor and they generally work pretty quick
