Bought my car new as I previously owned a nissan.

Bought my car new as I previously owned a nissan. So far the team has not addressed the issue I have had since day one. Austin has explained to me that he is working with Tyler to fix the issue of feedback as I talk to client on the phone. I have a case with Consumer reports now. After trying two times to fix there is still no resolution. I was assured a call back from consumer reports on Friday now it is Monday with no call for an update. Very frustrated with the process, I felt I was buying a vehicle that I could enjoy. After three months I have only had a headache with no answers. Thank you Austin for all your hard work as he is the only employee I would give 5 stars to so far!

Amanda was great.

Amanda was great. keep me updated and was in and out with the oil change and tire rotation on my Frontier in no time.

Everyone was nice, just a few comments.

Everyone was nice, just a few comments. 1.) I was told the day before I could have a shuttle and drop the car off at 8:15, or doba rental. I arrive to drop off and am told in the dealership that shuttle/rental doesnt start until 9 when the "guy" gets in that does it and the rentals. I wait 40 minutes and go check and guy had not arrived, and the person who helped me initially did all the things to get me a rental (took 10 min)...my question is why did I have to wait 40 minutes when the guy turned out not to be the one to have to check me out? It was odd. Def makensure patrons are told when rentals and shuttles run because I was going to order an Uber to arrive at 8:15 until I was told I didn't need to. I was almoat late to a work meeting. 2. My hood was not shut properly. Thank goodness my husband noticed right before we got on the interstate because as we increased speed the hood was shaking badly. This happened once before in my life and I did not catch it before getting on the interstate and the hood flew up and broke my windshield. Just a note of caution.

Worst and least transparent dealership in the state.

Worst and least transparent dealership in the state. Consistent liars regarding warranties and service plans. They will tell you anything to upsell you. Service prices are upcharged significantly compared to anywhere else. Last oil change I got, they didn't do correctly which led to an oil spill all over my driveway and damage to the engine which I got a t-shirt for my inconvenience..... if you want to be lied to and consistently uncharged this is the place for you.
