I am filing a formal complaint regarding my service experience at Kunes Oak Creek involving my 2021 Cadillac Escalade. My vehicle was kept for nearly a month, and during that time I received little to no communication or updates. My calls were repeatedly routed to a call center, my messages were not returned, and I was given inconsistent and misleading information. When I visited the dealership in person, I was treated with little respect and there was no urgency to assist me. Specifically, Malachi Castro, and Jacob Botica were dismissive and unprofessional in their interactions with me. Despite charging my warranty company thousands of dollars for repairs, I am still experiencing warning indicators on my dashboard related to the same issue they claimed to repair. This raises serious concerns about the quality, accuracy, and integrity of the service performed. This experience has caused significant inconvenience, frustration, and loss of trust. I am requesting immediate review by the General Manager and manufacturer, a full explanation of the repairs performed, and proper resolution of the ongoing issue at no additional cost to me. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to pursue further action through the manufacturer, Better Business Bureau, and appropriate consumer protection agencies.
