I just bought a 2024 Telluride from Nate at Matt Blatt

I just bought a 2024 Telluride from Nate at Matt Blatt Kia. He was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He listened to what my wife and I wanted and what we could afford. He never pressured us and he didn’t show us cars that were outside of our budget like most salespeople do. I can’t recommend Nate enough. Thanks to everyone at Matt Blatt Kia in Abington.

Lou was amazing.

Lou was amazing. It's not a pushy sales place they want you to be thrilled with your decision and it shows! They went above and beyond every other car-buying experience I've ever had. They took their time to show me all the features my car has and how to use them. They made sure I was completely satisfied with the car and fixed minor blemishes in the paint even after I drove the car off the lot. I will gladly purchase another car from Matt Blatt Kia of Abington. The entire team is wonderful, hard-working and, very dedicated to a great customer experience.

Bought a used 2021 Kia Sorento with less than 9,000 miles

Bought a used 2021 Kia Sorento with less than 9,000 miles from Matt Blatt KIA and it has been a nightmare ever since! When purchasing it I noticed the trim color was off and it took months to have this fixed. Also noticed the radio wasn't working only to be told there was nothing they could do. Had issues with the speedometer being off and was told they fixed it. Never did! The sunroof opened but wouldn't close! I had to force it closed, manually! Thankfully Scott Kia in Limerick opened near me! They found out the radio antenna was broken! The Sunroof had to be replaced! The speed was off because the vehicle was sold to me with the wrong tires! WTH! This place is a joke! I spent hours of my life drive back and forth for nothing! And they keep contacting me, trying to sell me a new vehicle! Unbelievable! Stay away!

We’re truly sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve gone through — we understand how disappointing it is to deal with repeated issues, especially after purchasing a low-mileage vehicle. No customer should feel like their concerns weren’t fully addressed, and we regret that this has been your impression. To help clarify, our records show that the vehicle was brought in twice after purchase. During those visits, we completed a factory back-ordered molding replacement and performed an update related to the radio concern. The issues with the sunroof, antenna, and speedometer were not mentioned to our team during those visits, and this is the first time we were made aware of them. We also understand that Scott Kia has since diagnosed and repaired several items, and we’re glad they were able to assist. Additionally, you had four tires replaced at Pep Boys, as shown on Carfax. After reviewing the information, we confirmed that the tire size that they installed was incorrect. We also acknowledge the delays caused by factory back-orders on the exterior moldings, which we know was frustrating. We understand how much inconvenience and time this has caused you, and we genuinely regret that your experience with us has not met expectations. Your feedback is important, and we will be reviewing this internally to ensure better communication and follow-through moving forward. If at any point you’d like to discuss this further, we’re here to help in any way we can.

Wow! Not true! I had the SUV in for many issues! I have the texts to prove it! Do you? My radio wasn't working! Your service people told me that they couldn't find a problem. I told them it was the antenna but they disagreed! I told them about the mpg/mph issue and they did nothing. I only had one tire replaced at Pep Boys because of a flat. They told me you put on the wrong tires! Are you saying you sold me a vehicle with bad tires that I needed to replace with only 9,000 mile on it? My lawyer will love that info! I haven't put on many miles! Well, thank you for admitting how bad the sale was. Very disappointed!

If I could leave zero stars I would. This dealership is incredibly malicious and borderline criminal!!! I bought a certified used car from them in May, at which point they CLAIMED to have given it a full PA inspection. Two months later (and after driving it for no more than 1,000 miles), I come to find there was NO OIL in my car (no oil leak, just no oil.) I could literally ruin my engine if I were to drive it with no oil, so I took it into another Kia dealership immediately. Turns out they never gave me and oil change when they "inspected it," and there were a host of other problems that failed inspection. Plus, I need all new tires. All of this cost me another $3,000. They did a dishonest job on their inspection, selling me a car that needed essential work. Their behavior is downright predatory, and I hope they go out of business. I will NEVER recommend this dealership!!!!

NEVER purchase a vehicle from Matt Blatt Kia. They sell cars with known major engine problems and refuse to be of any help once the problems surface. If you buy from Matt Blatt Kia, you WILL regret it.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Drove 4 hours here to purchase a vehicle, confirmed 3 times with staff that the vehicle was there a week out up until the day of. Drove the 4 hours to the dealership and when I showed up they brought me to the complete incorrect vehicle. They offered me a check for the gas, been back and forth with them for 2 months and still haven’t seen the check. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Do not give these people your business. Absolutely appalled.

She worked with her colleagues to get me the best deal possible, enabling me to lease a vehicle that fits my needs and budget.
